Here how it works.

• Send us your information or letter you wish us to use.
• We will translate as normal it at the normal price and return a copy of the translation to you.
• We will then, make the phone call for you at a pre-arranged time.
• During the phone call we will transcribe the conversation.
• After the phone call, we will then issue a quoatation covering the cost of the telephone service and the translation of the conversation.
• We will tanslate the coversation and send it to you within 24 hours on receipt of payment.
